Education Donation Process: Campaign Launchpad
When a student converts to donating it is important to have a series of follow up emails thanking them and also sending them donor specific information. You can use the alumni communication process to automatically merge in donors from your other campaign. When an alumni wants to donate they'll be sent a donation form. Once they complete the form they'll be sent a thank you email and will be tagged as a donor. Now over time they'll be sent unique alumni donor emails.
