What are the benefits of lifetime pricing?
Lifetime pricing provides a very cost effective alternative to monthly pricing plans. If you plan to use online marketing long term, lifetime pricing will save you thousands of dollars. For just 36 months worth of payment, you receive unlimited marketing year after year.
What do I get with lifetime pricing?
The tools and features you get depend on the specific marketing plan you select. You choose only the tools you want and pay for those. Along with your selected tools, you gain a completely free powerful CRM solution. This CRM enables you to create highly personalized marketing campaigns, building customer loyalty and shortening your sales cycle.
Can I change a pre-paid plan to a lifetime pricing plan?
No, if you have already paid there are no refunds. You can, however, switch to a lifetime plan as soon as your pre-paid credits are used up.
Can I set up the plan myself or do I have to call a support representative?
You can set up the plan yourself through the regular buying process once you sign into the SimplyCast app.
Can I get my data back after my plan is up?
Absolutely. All data that you collect, store and use is yours.
What happens to email roll-over credits and overages?
The roll-over credits and overages that are available with our regular email packages are not available with the Lifetime Plan. The Lifetime Plan gives you a fixed number of either credits or contacts monthly, forever. If you require more credits in one month than is alotted in your lifetime package, you can upgrade to a different lifetime package or buy a pay-as-you-go package for the additional credits.
Does the special nonprofit discount apply with a lifetime pricing plan?
Yes. In order to receive special nonprofit pricing, call our Customer Care line at 866-323-6572 and show us that your nonprofit is a 501(c) organization or the equivalent. We will then set up the special pricing for you.

Can I add single channels to my subscription and keep the lifetime plan originally purchased?
Yes, you can add single channels to your subscription and keep your lifetime plan, as long as it is a different channel than the ones you have already purchased.
Which applications are applicable for the lifetime subscription?
Only email, form builder/survey, landing page, Twitter, Facebook, blacklist and event are available for the lifetime plan. The lifetime plan also includes our free applications such as Sonar, SimplyCast CRM and EngagerLive.
