When a user creates, updates or deletes contacts in OnePageCRM, a notification is sent to SimplyCast to update contacts. The SimplyCast application sends updates to OnePageCRM in order to keep important information up to date. Users can specify how often they want synchronization to happen, and can select up to daily frequency. Keeping contact data current and tracking contact activity helps users personalize their marketing campaigns, making them more effective.
