SimplyCast Launches COVID-19 Contact Tracing Use Case

SimplyCast has launched a use case to assist with contact tracing of COVID-19 cases.

This use case will help officials document, track, and manage locations identified by patients.

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, August 25, 2020 - SimplyCast, an ISO 27001-certified leader in engagement automation for organizations in over 175 countries has launched its COVID-19 Contact Tracing use case.

Built using SimplyCast’s existing technology, the new use case will provide officials with a streamlined approach to document, track, and manage locations identified by patients where they have visited and come into contact with others. The use case is designed to be used to help locate areas where infected individuals may have spread COVID-19 in order to inform those at risk and limit the spread of the virus.
