The world is still reeling from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations, businesses, and offices across all verticals have been stalled or shifted to unusual operations in order to protect communities and limit the spread of this deadly disease.

Some organizations had the option of work from home; some, as essential services, needed to stay open with restructured operations; and some were completely stopped due to the outbreak. Regardless of the situation for any organization, it is time to begin thinking about how to return to normal operations.

This document will look at these stages that any organization should consider when planning its responsible recovery and return to operations. Of course, all suggested stages should be done in line with governmental suggestions and requirements for your jurisdiction in such a way that risk is minimized to your organization, your employees, and your community.
