Can a campaign be cancelled without my permission?

Campaigns can be canceled by the provider for violating 10DLC terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of the SimplyCast platform. Costs are non-refundable, and further action may be taken against the account if necessary. If the carrier chooses to terminate your campaign, you will be notified of a violation and a cancellation outside of our control.
