No, SimplyCast does not provide lists of any kind. You may not send to any emails from a purchased or rented list or emails that have been gathered or harvested from different websites or third parties because this violates our Anti-Spam Policy.

Why is that?

Any lists that you wish to send to must have been collected via a double opt-in or closed-loop opt-in process, where people have contacted your company directly to receive information from you.

What happens if I do this?

Sending to purchased or rented lists or emails that have been gathered or harvested from different websites will result in immediate account termination without refund, per our terms of use.
