Can I add a cover page to my fax blast campaign?

Yes! You can upload or create multiple documents within a fax project. Simply add a PDF or create an HTML page, make sure it appears first in the list, and save! The Page will now be sent along with any other documents you have added to the fax blast campaign.

Does the cover page count as a faxed page for billing purposes?

Yes. The cover page is voluntary content, and will count toward your pages faxed.

Do I have to have one?

Absolutely not. We included cover pages as a courtesy to our customers, and wouldn't force you to use them and then charge you for it. As stated above, cover pages are totally voluntary.
