Yes, you can tweet from more than one Twitter account. When you log into your account, select the Twitter Application and click on the "Settings" tab from the Twitter Dashboard.
You can then add additional accounts using the Add Account link.
Once your account has been added, you may start tweeting from whichever account you select when creating your tweets.
