Do I have to start as a Reseller Basic?

No, you are welcome to start off at any level of the Reseller Program you like. Some of our partners like to begin as Reseller Basic so they can get used to the platform and learn as they sell. Others like to dive straight in a the Enterprise Reseller level so that they can offer SimplyCast 360 to their clients immediately. The choice is really up to you, and depends on what you're hoping to achieve by becoming a reseller.
