Yes. When you are using SimplyCast to send emails, our emails include an automatic unsubscribe link that your contacts can click to opt out of receiving your campaigns. Including an unsubscribe mechanism is one of the CASL requirements, and it's already in every email that SimplyCast sends out.
We also require you to enter a physical address for your company before an email campaign can be sent. Including a physical address is another CASL requirement and we already have it as one of our own requirements. Your campaign will not send without an address.
