Does a reseller platform get updates? Do I have to pay for them?

As a reseller partner you are investing not only in the current version of SimplyCast but also in our future developments. We take customer feedback and feature requests and are continually working on developments that make SimplyCast the #1 communication flow software. As a partner we will also upgrade your white-label platform. There is no fee!

How do I get those updates?

After an initial trial period on our own servers, resellers are automatically updated with the most recent patch, feature or version. This is to preserve stability on all our environments, as well as part of a staggered release plan. More news on this will be coming eventually, so keep an eye on the Reseller FAQs.
