Can SimplyCast generate forms for contact lists?

Yes, within SimplyCast you can create forms and send them to specific lists.

To do this, create the form or survey you wish to send to a list. You can then take the direct link to that form or survey and include it in an email through the Email channel. When you get to the scheduling page, select the list to which you wish to send the form/survey.

This tactic is great if you're looking to collect feedback, re-opt-ins, or input from a select list of contacts.
