How does e-commerce integration work?

E-commerce integration allows you to connect your e-commerce system directly to our platform. Our platform includes integration with Big Commerce at the present time. More platforms will be added to this list as integrations are completed or requested, so check back often.

You can connect to any of our supported e-commerce systems through the Contact Relationship Manager. To create a connection, all you will require is your e-commerce system login details which will be used when you create a new list using any of our supported e-commerce systems. Once you've created a connection to your e-commerce system, this will create a new list in the platform that will receive the data. Please note that data in the list you have created is only updated when new users are added or deleted.

What if I have my own?

If you are using your own in-house e-commerce system, we have an API available that allows you to integrate with our Contact Relationship Manager as well.

Can you do integrations for me?

If you are looking for additional built-in integration and you are using a different system, please let us know. Our integration team is always looking to integrate additional e-commerce systems!
