How can I publish my form?

There are a number of ways you can publish your form. See below for a complete list of form publishing options. Please note that you won't be able to publish your signup forms in your email newsletters because most email programs do not allow forms to be submitted.

1. Form URL - With this option you are able to provide a link to a web page that is hosted by our servers that contains the sign-up form you've created. This option is ideal for users looking to collect information without an existing website.
2. IFrame - Code that allows you to input a small frame on your page which contains the signup form.
3. JavaScript - Much like HTML, here we've provided you with JavaScript code which reflects the signup form you've created. Copy and paste this code into the area you'd like your form to be displayed.

Modal Form Code Options:

1. JavaScript - This code is used to display a small modal window on the site where the code is deployed.
2. JavaScript onclick event - This code triggers based on a button that you have on your website. In order for you to use this code, you must include the JavaScript code. The onclick event code should be added to a button's "a" tag.

QR Codes:

Small, Medium, and Large QR codes are included so smartphone users can quickly opt-in to receive more information.
