How does CRM integration work?

CRM integration allows you to connect your CRM system directly to our platform. Our platform includes integration with SalesForce, SugarCRM, ZohoCRM, VTiger, and more.

You can connect to any of our supported CRM systems through the Contact Manager. To create a connection, all you will require is your CRM login details which will be used when you create a new list using any of our supported CRM systems. Once you've created a connection to your CRM, this will create a new list in the platform that will receive the data. Please note that data in the list you have created is only updated when new users are added or deleted.

Do you support e-commerce platforms?

We do! Recently, we finished integrations for Big Commerce. Remember, if you need integrations with any specific platform, let us know and we'll take a look and see if it's possible!

What if I have my own?

If you are using your own in-house CRM, we have an API available that allows you to integrate with our Contact Manager as well.

Can you do integrations for me?

If you are looking for additional built-in integration and you are using a different system, please let us know. Our integration team is always looking to integrate additional CRM systems!
