I can't see records in lists. Why?

This issue might occur due to high level security settings in Internet Explorer. To fix this issue you need to make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your Internet Browser; to do so follow these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer 8
  2. Click on the "Tools" menu at the top
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Select the "Security" tab
  5. Click on the "Custom Level" button
  6. Scroll down to "Scripting"
  7. Change the "Active Scripting" radio button to Enabled
  8. Hit the "OK" button

Once these settings are enabled, refresh the list manager page and you should be able to view records within your lists. This issue is only known to affect Internet Explorer 8 at this time.
