Can I send to a list of emails from different sites?

SimplyCast does not allow you to send to lists which you have rented, purchased, or harvested from websites. Using these types of lists violates our Anti-Spam Policy.

In order to use an email list, you must have collected the subscribers' emails via a double opt-in or closed-loop opt-in process, where people have contacted your company and opted in to receive messages from you.

If you choose to send to purchased, rented or harvested email lists, this will result in immediate account termination without refund, which is explained in our terms of use.
