Connecting your SimplyCast account with Bigcommerce is simple.
What you need:
1. Login to your Bigcommerce account.
2. Go to Apps in the BigCommerce site to be taken to their marketplace.
3. Search SimplyCast in the marketplace and click on it.
4. Click install on the SimplyCast page.
5. Click Confirm on the confirmation page
6. You will be asked to log in to your SimplyCast account if you are not already logged in. Login with the account you would like to connect.
7. After successfully logging in you will be taken to a page where you can configure contact synchronization between your store and SimplyCast account.
8. Click the "Enable customer data synchronization" toggle to enable contact synchronization.
9. Enable toggles in the "Update Settings" section to have your SimplyCast contacts automatically updated when your Bigcommerce customer data changes.
10. Select a list you would like the customer data to be synced to in the "List Settings" section.
10. Press the "Save" button in the bottom right-hand corner. It may take a few minutes for the customer data to appear in your account.
11. You can reconfigure the contact synchronization settings at any time by logging into your Bigcommerce account and clicking the SimplyCast icon on the left sidebar.
