My email got declined! Why?

To ensure maximum deliverability, our compliance team reviews messages to help prevent spam from being sent from our servers. Sometimes campaigns are declined if they do not meet the agreed terms and conditions. The major reasons that campaigns are declined are as follows:

• The domain that you are using as a sending address is a free domain.
• The content of your message is misleading - for example, providing a link that says it is going one place and takes you to another.
• The subject line is misleading - for example, using Re: in the prefix of your subject line that isn't a reply is a way to trick someone into thinking they've already been communicating with you.
• Your content breaks the terms and conditions - any offensive, pornographic, illicit, fraudulent, or illegal content will not only result in your campaign being declined but full account termination.
