My SMS shows as sent but I never received it. What happened?

Our platform will send SMS messages to different providers on your behalf in an effort to deliver your texts. SMS delivery is not as robust as email delivery, and if an issue occurs after a message is received by a provider, there is no information sent back to us if any issues are encountered.

If a message shows that it's been sent in your SMS report, it has been accepted by that provider for delivery. If the text is not received by the recipient, it indicates an issue could have occurred with the provider processing the SMS message.
