My test email has not arrived in my inbox, what can I do?

When you send a test email, the system will only attempt to send the message once. If you do not receive it, there may have been a delivery problem that prevented your mail server from accepting the message (such as your server being too busy to accept the request, for example).

Since test send messages are only sent once, we recommend that you either send another test or set up a mailing list with your test address on it. If you send to a mailing list, the system will be able to retry any failed attempts at delivering your email marketing message.
