SimplyCast adheres to Canadian laws and all relevant international laws. When using the SimplyCast application all users are bound by Canadian law and when sending, these same laws apply. In many cases our terms of use are actually stricter than what the law requires.

It is a best practice to review the email marketing and spam laws of any country to which you are sending to ensure that your emails comply with these laws and do not get reported as spam.
