A few things you should consider: 

  • The “message and data rates may apply” disclosure. 
  • Samples of the message will be sent to contacts, including a clear opt-out process in each message. 
  • Clear instructions on accessing opt-out and “help” pages such as a Contact Us or customer support page. 
  • Consent must be in a checkbox if an online form is used to collect consent. 
  • Clear access to a terms and conditions page, as well as to your privacy policy.
