SimplyCast maintains relationships with ISPs and we also monitor our systems to avoid deliverability problems; however, all this will not prevent your message from ending up in a spam folder if your recipient's spam filter is triggered by your message content (subject line, body, etc).

We recommend that you check your email marketing campaign content and subject line with a spam checking tool and modify the content to correct any results that are found. Avoid using words and phrases such as: "Free" and "Click Here", huge fonts, and images that are too large.

Also ensure that you're sending to a good contact list that is free of bad emails. If you send out a campaign and you are getting a lot of bounced mail, this can affect the acceptance rate of your emails causing more recipients to filter your mail.

You must send to a list of double opt-in subscribers. Sending to a list that is purchased, rented, or harvested is a violation of our terms of service and your account will be shut down without refund!
