If you host a lot of events, odds are you use the same format more than once.
With SimplyCast's software for event planning, you can speed up the event marketing creation process by copying existing projects and using them again, either as is or with new content. This will allow you to use a template or campaign that you have already used before.
Open up a campaign that you know worked well and update it with new information. Or, if the content fits, you can use it again as is.

When you reach the first part of the creation process, you will be asked to enter a title for your event campaign and then either create a new project or use an existing one. Enter your title, click the "Existing Project" box and a drop-down menu will appear that will allow you to select the existing campaign.
Once you have the one you want, click the "Continue to Design" button.
Never use an old campaign if you want to keep the data separate. The existing campaign feature allows you to use an old campaign as a template to start fresh on.
