When you use SimplyCast's fax marketing tool, you are able to store all your fax documents with us. Each fax document you create will remain in your SimplyCast account for future use unless you choose to delete it. Each stored document can be edited, previewed, renamed, and deleted as required. This makes it easy to manage all your fax messages and projects, as you have access to them in one centralized location whenever you want.

If you use the multi-user account feature of the platform and have a team of people working in the account, fax document storage is even more important in order to make sure all necessary documents are kept organized and accessible.

HOW TO USE:

Adding a document is the second stage of the fax campaign creation process. Here you can add all your fax documents for further use.

You can edit, rename, preview, and delete a fax project in this stage as well. The name and campaign information of your fax project will be listed on the right-hand side, where you can view the total number of pages the project contains.

You can add as many documents as you want and not worry about running out of storage space. The available fax document types are Cover Page, PDF, and Custom. Click and drag the document type you wish to add into the workspace and configure it as necessary.

If you wish to reorder the list of fax documents, simply drag, drop, and save the documents until they are in the desired order.
