Interactive graphs will show you how many faxes were delivered, how many received your fax, what numbers failed and more. Monitor who unsubscribed from your list so you don't keep sending to them.With reporting being so vital to any campaign, having it in your account in real-time is a must. Check your stats as many times as you want. They are available 24 hours a day.

HOW TO USE:

To view your Fax reports, selectà¸¢ the Reports tab to the left on your Fax dashboard.

Once selected, you will arrive to the main Reports page where you can view reports from all of the different channels.

Select Fax from the dropdown menu and you will then see a list of all of your Fax campaigns organized by date.

Simply check off the report you would like to view and click the View Reports button that appears just above the list.

From here you can view all of the data collected after the sending of that particular fax campaign.

The reports page for each campaign is broken into sections to help you find what you are looking for.

The overview lists all the details for the campaign including title, subject line, sender address and what list you sent to.

The summary breaks down the overall success of your send using a pie chart that displays the percentage of received and those that got a busy signal.

These numbers are as close to real-time as we can make them. Finally, you can review all the failed faxes that you tried to send.
