SimplyCast - Hand Raise Functionality

Advise teleconference participants that if the Mute All function is enabled during the call, attendees are able to press 2 on their dial pad in order to "raise their hand" when they wish to speak. The teleconference host will see a little green hand icon appear on the contact in the Monitoring interface and will be able to allow the participant to speak at an appropriate time.
