Tagging

Tags are a thing of beauty. They are simply extra pieces of data to help users either sort or assign groups of contacts or use tags to let the SimplyCast 360 automation manager take action for the contacts included. Tags can be added from the contact profile or in a SimplyCast 360 workflow. Use them as you need them.
