Make being a customer fun. When your customers achieve different milestones with your store, you can use the SimplyCast platform to send out messages congratulating the customer and offering any type of offer your team has defined for that milestone.
When a customer has reached a milestone in your database, the API checks to see if they should receive the rewards email. If yes, the email will be sent to the customer.
If the customer has clicked on the offer in the email, the API will update the external CRM with this data.
Once the customer has redeemed the offer in the external CRM, SimplyCast will be updated. SimplyCast will then automatically send an email to the customer informing them that they have claimed their rewards.
