360 Tutorial 6: Decisions

A tutorial explaining the "Decisions" element in the 360 Automation Manager. This element checks specific form input, and sends different communications depending on a choice. For example, if we asked what a customer's favorite color was, and they were given the options of red, blue, or yellow, a different message could be sent to each, with specific messages about their choice in that question.
