CRM Tutorial: How to Edit a Contact

So you want to edit your contacts manually in the CRM. To do so, just click on the contacts tab over on the left side. This will bring you to a list of all your contacts. If you just click on the contact’s row, a drawer will slide in on the right side that displays so basic contact information, tasks, and notes. From here you can click on full profile where you can change your contact information. Or you can just click on the contacts name from the list and you’ll be taken to the contact information. From here you can edit whatever contact information you want.

Just click on the information you want to change and type away. Keep in mind any changes you make will be auto-saved so you don’t have to worry about saving before you leave the page. You can get a fuller view of the contact details by details and then contact details. This will bring up the full list of contact information that you can edit. You can also view custom column information here, social media information, and activity details, like when the contact was created or last modified.
