Clients need to be kept in the loop when it comes to the finances they’ve entrusted to you. Quarterly updates are the perfect way to do this and SimplyCast 360 allows you to do this automatically.
First, send out an email to your clients informing them of the new available updates. In this email, link to a form where clients can select their preferences.
Clients who specify their communication preference (email, SMS, voice) will receive updates on that method of communication. Clients will now receive content relevant to their financial interests automatically on a quarterly basis.
Additionally, if a client chooses SMS as their preferred method of communication, you can send them a bonus feedback survey asking them to rate your services on a scale of one to five. If a client responds with a “one” they will be marked for individual follow-up.
