A follow-up email can be sent with a longer form to collect more data like what classes they'd be interested in. If they fill out this form a task can be created in the CRM for one of your staff to follow-up with a phone call. If they're interested in moving forward they can be tagged accordingly and be put into a monthly mail out flow. If they aren't interested tag them as such and communication will stop.
