The student union election is an important part of campus life. Using text messaging is an easy way to send out information and get students engaged. Students can text a short code to sign up for election information. An SMS message will go out to each student after they sign up to give them candidate information. On election day an SMS reminder will encourage students to vote. Also a link can be sent with an online form for them to cast their ballot.
