Implied consent is the secondary form of consent allowed by CASL, acquired through an existing relationship prior to July 1 2014, or through an inquiry or purchase after that date. Because this method of using consent can be risky, SimplyCast encourages that you always look for express consent wherever possible, but has more than effective tools to help you manage both.
