New changes have been made to the SimplyCast platform.
SimplyCast has upgraded the platform as well as added new features.
CRM and Reporting have been upgraded while Audience Management and Calendar have been added as new features.
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, March 8, 2016 — SimplyCast, a leader in marketing automation, is pleased to announce Version 8.8 of the SimplyCast platform has been released. With upgrades to CRM and Reporting and new features: Audience Management and Calendar, SimplyCast has worked hard to release an improved and more robust platform.
Phase One of the new upgrades to the SimplyCast CRM came with updates to make navigation of the CRM and editing and adding contact data easier. As well, the user interface was updated to be more streamlined and organized.
SimplyCast 8.8 also introduced updated Reporting. The big change to Reporting is that it is now a centralized component of the SimplyCast platform. Instead of having to go to each channel's individual reporting screen, all reporting is now in one location.
Audience Management and Calendar are the new features that have been added to SimplyCast with the release of Version 8.8.
Audience Management is a new tool that will allow users to target their email communications by dividing their emails into groups and audiences. This helps with targeted communication and limits the number of mass unsubscriptions that could occur.
And, finally, the first stage of the Calendar app is now available. Calendar will display an overview of all upcoming campaigns within in a SimplyCast account. This will help users keep track of and schedule their campaigns. Calendar will have more functionality in the near future including booking and natively adding events.
