SimplyCast - Choice Elements

SimplyCast wants you to be able to customize your web form exactly as you wish. The Choice Elements web form design tool is something that you can use to make your web form stand out compared to others.

You can insert specialized elements into your form/survey that recipients can use to choose a specific response from a selection of options. Click and drag any of these elements into the desired location on your form or survey project. Other elements will automatically shift out of the way during your placement of the new element.

There are four elements to choose from in this web form design tool:

• Dropdown: This element allows the form/survey recipient to choose from a list of custom options displayed in a dropdown menu brought up when the recipient clicks on the dropdown field in the form/survey. Only one option can be chosen per element.
• Checkbox: This element allows the form/survey recipient to choose from a selection of options by clicking on a checkbox next to their desired choice. Recipients are able to check off multiple options per element.
• Radio Buttons: This element allows the form/survey recipient to choose from a selection of options by clicking on a button to their desired choice. Recipients are only able to choose one option per element.
• Radio Matrix: This element allows the form/survey recipients to choose a response for each option provided. Recipients can choose one column per row in the matrix. The number of rows and columns can be customized.

After you select a choice element to add to your project, you can configure them in the black box you will find to the left of your screen. In this black box, you will see different fields depending on the element you choose.
