FAQ: How do I add unsubscribed contacts to the suppression list?

When a customer unsubscribes, they are automatically added to your suppression list.

If you would like to manually unsubscribe a contact, go to the Email application and selecting the Suppression tab from the Email Dashboard. Once on the unsubscribe list page, enter the email address(es) you want to add to the unsubscribe list.
