FAQ: What are tasks and how do I use them?

Tasks are a feature within the CRM. Tasks help you automate your workflow and keep your team organized.

For each task created you can send an email to any sender address that is on your account. This will let them know that a task has been created. The email includes a link directing them to the task in the CRM and from there they can interact with the task, by adding notes, updating due dates and closing the task.
