SimplyCast only allows you to send email to lists of subscribers who have specifically requested to receive email from you. These people should have performed a double opt-in process where they have both entered and confirmed their email address.
You cannot use any third party lists with SimplyCast. Using a third party list is a violation of our terms and conditions and anti-spam policies and will get your account shut down without refund.
