Communication for Security Companies

The getting started guides, tips and tricks, and free training all in one spot

Keep Security Personnel Organized and Safe

Security personnel often work on scheduled shifts that can occur at all hours of the day and night. Keep these schedules organized and ensure you always have enough coverage by including thresholds and overriding shifts as needed.

Map out patrol zones to make sure each security official knows which area they are responsible for. Create these regions in the Map interface and help verify all regions are properly secured at all times.

In case of an unidentified person on the premises, easily send an alert to colleagues to notify them of the intruder via multiple communication channels so they can take the proper security measures.

Supervisors are able to send out live surveys to personnel in the field who are dealing with an incident and request updates from them such as whether they have eyes on the intruder or whether they have managed to clear the area.
