The Ride On program allows users to text their bus stop and route number to (778) 383-7446 and receive an immediate text message with up-to-date information about when the next bus will be arriving. When sending the text message, the format should be the stop number followed by the route number, for example: 8312 10. The bus information is gathered and organized by the SimplyCast 360 Customer Flow Communication platform.
