Previously called our Push API, the secure data access framework enables customers to synchronize SimplyCast's system with other systems that they use in order to automatically keep important information up to date by pushing pre-defined customer details when specific events occur.
The framework can be configured to automatically send information about a contact whenever a pre-determined event happens in the SimplyCast system. The information sent will include what event happened, what information it affected and the time at which it happened.
The messages are completely customizable based on customer specifications. Once the synchronization is set up, information is automatically updated in the way that the customer prefers.
